CNC Machine

The CNC controller works together with a series of motors and drive components to move and control the machine axes, executing the programmed motions. On the industrial machines there is usually a sophisticated feedback system that constantly monitors and adjusts the cutter's speed and position.

Hydraulic Butt Fusion Machine

It is used to butt weld pipe and fittings such as elbow, tees, wye and flange necks without any additional equipment by simply adjusting the clamps drag bar.

It is suitable for welding plastic pipe and fittings made of HDPE, PP, PVDF.

Butt Fusion

Butt fusion is used to make end-to-end joints between “butt” or plain end pipes and fittings that have the same outside diameter and like wall thickness.

Wedge Welding Machine

Wedge Welders are portable machines that will thermal bond plastic sheet (liner) from HDPE, LLDPE, PP, PVC, and many more plastics. Our wedge welders produce a solid weld or a split weld for air channel testing by using a system of guide rollers.

Extrusion Welding Machine

Extrusion welding is used in the manufacture of thick-section fabrications, such as tanks and pipes, where it is necessary to produce large volume, homogeneous seams in a single pass, unlike hot gas welding where it would be necessary to produce a seam using multiple runs.
